Throughout the summer, intern program managers will host a variety of development focused activities to enhance professional development, provide exposure to all aspects of our business, and engagement events with fellow interns. </div><div></div><div>Data & AI Engineer Intern</div><div></div><div>Program Summary:</div><ul><li>Duration: 11 weeks, Summer 2026 Dates: June 1st August 14th</li><li>Site Visits</li><li>Weekly IKE Sessions (Information Knowledge Exchange) with Senior leadership</li><li>Skills Workshops</li><li>Weekly Coffee Chats + Coffee with the CEO</li><li>Final projects and presentations</li><li>Engagement events</li></ul><div></div><div>About the Role</div><div>BJs Wholesale Club is seeking a Data & AI Engineer Intern to support our Digital Engineering team. This role offers hands-on experience enhancing a Python-based tool that integrates data from multiple systems and applies AI to generate meaningful summaries and insights. </div><div>What Youll Do</div><ul><li>Build and enhance Python applications that connect to multiple systems via APIs</li><li>Collect, process, and structure data from diverse sources</li><li>Support AI-driven summarization and insight generation</li><li>Collaborate with engineering leaders and contribute to a core summer project</li></ul><div></div><div>What Were Looking For</div><ul><li>Able to work hybrid schedule in Marlborough, MA. In accordance with the Pay Transparency requirements, the following represents a good faith estimate of the compensation range for this position. At BJs Wholesale Club, we carefully consider a wide range of non-discriminatory factors when determining salary. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, education, experience, and qualifications. The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00
